Not emergency or medical care

Professional relationship
The professional-client relationship is between you and the counselor you book. SoulsNest provides the technology platform to connect you and manage scheduling and payments.
Payments and refunds
Payment is required before a session is confirmed. Refunds and cancellations are handled according to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
User conduct
- You agree to provide accurate information during registration and booking.
- You agree not to record sessions without explicit consent from the professional.
- You agree not to use the platform to harass professionals or other users.
Limitation of liability
SoulsNest is a technology provider. We are not liable for clinical outcomes, professional advice, or any decisions you make based on your sessions.
